Using the program is As Easy As...

1. Specifying the quarter.



2. Clicking on the GET Payroll Data button which starts the data extraction process from your QuickBooks data files.
3. Clicking on the View Totals button to review Total Wages, Rate and Employee counts.



4. Clicking on the Edit/Change button to change, add or delete employees.



5. Clicking on the Wage Listing button to print employee wages.



6. Clicking on the Create File button to create the file.



7. After the file is created, then all you do is start the Texas Workforce Commission QuickFile program and send the file.
